How It Works

When the delivery person arrives, take a moment to inspect your items before accepting the parcel. If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, simply hand it back to the delivery person immediately and pay only the delivery charge. The return is completed on the spot — fast, simple, and hassle-free.

What You Pay on a Return

If you choose to return your order at the door, you are responsible only for the delivery charge. You do not pay for the products themselves. The delivery person will collect the delivery fee and take the items back.

After the Delivery Person Leaves

Once the delivery person has left your premises and the order has been accepted, the transaction is considered final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted after this point, regardless of the reason.

Damaged or Wrong Items on Delivery

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, refuse the parcel on the spot and inform the delivery person. Do not accept and then contact us — returns must happen at the point of delivery.
